There were unique things about The MotoGP at Mandalika Circuit on last March 2022, beside the act of the rain handler and the action of MotoGP’s audience who dancing on tribune, there were lot of funny moments of MotoGP’s riders which became the spotlight and so many local people who start business to get opportunities who living near the circuit area. For example it became a spotlight when Repsol Honda’s riders, Marc Márquez took a picture at Bukit Seger (Seger Hill), that’s why many people make a photo’s spot there. The History of Bukit Seger

A glance of Bukit Seger, which located in Central Lombok has 150 meters tall above sea level with beaches views and circuit. According to the story of sasaknese people in Bukit Seger which is usually called Seger Beach, it is the place where Princess Mandalika threw herself away and transformed into Nyale or sea worms. And then people commemorates it as Bau Nyale or catching Nyale for consumption or as a fertilizer for plants. Also if we consuming the Nyale, it will makes us believe to get healthy and avoid distress and good for agriculture to provide fertility and abundant yields.

First one, on the east side, you can see a curve with a red patterned typical Lombok’s cloth and face to face with Bukit 360 which is located in circuit area, you don’t need to come in to circuit for seeing the shapes and its beauty, you just need to visit Bukit Seger for seeing Mandalika Circuit widely.

Bukit Seger mulai di padati pengunjung sekitar jam 15:00 – 18:00 banyak wisatawan yang ingin berfoto atau sekedar menikmati pemandangan Bukit Seger. 

After that, next on the west side, you can see the breath-taking beach with many hills and lengthy beach line which is in the afternoon, you can see how lovely sunset goes down and spending time until evening. You don’t need to worry while staying at Bukit Seger, because there’s a lot of mini shops selling snacks and drinks also there is facility like the toilet which builded by local people there. Normally, people visit Bukit Seger starting from 3pm – 6pm, there are lot of people who take pictures or just want to chilling the vibes at Bukit Seger.
